Vinnie’s has changed hands many times, but some things just remain the same. Our commitment to the neighborhood has kept us on the corner of N9th and Bedford since 1960, slinging slices to the locals and visitors alike.
We’re proud to offer an extensive vegan and gluten free menu along with our classic and innovative pizza options. Our philosophy is based in the idea that everyone should have access to pizza; if we can accommodate a request or a dietary restriction, we will.
Long-time employee Coby Chafets took over the store with Adam Richardson in the summer of 2024. Adam, a former opera singer, got his start as a chef with Quality Branded, opening the restaurants Dinner Table, Don Angie and San Sabino. Coby got his start at Vinnie’s working under the previous owners, Sean and Jacob.
